Curix User Service Agreement

1. Service Overview

Curix is a professional curtain and home textile intelligent matching application dedicated to providing users with convenient and personalized home decoration design assistance. Our core services include but are not limited to:

• Allowing users to capture or upload real photos of their room interior spaces
• AI-powered automatic recognition of room decoration styles (including Modern Minimalist, Nordic, French, Luxury Light Style and more)
• Intelligent analysis of window size, lighting orientation, existing furniture layout and wall color tone
• Smart recommendation of matched curtain fabrics (cotton linen, velvet, sheer curtain, blackout fabric, etc.), pattern designs and hanging installation styles
• Generation of multiple sets of color matching schemes for user comparison and selection
• Real effect synthesis of recommended curtains into users' actual room photos for visual preview
• Filter and sorting functions based on seasonal preference and functional demands such as blackout, heat insulation and pure decoration

2. User Account Rules

• Users shall ensure that all registration information submitted is true, accurate, complete and valid. You shall bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, and shall not lend, rent, transfer or allow any third party to use your Curix account without authorization.
• You must be a natural person with full civil capacity. Minors shall use this service only under the supervision and consent of legal guardians.
• If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you shall notify us immediately. We will not be liable for any losses caused by your personal password leakage or improper account management.

3. User Code of Conduct & Usage Specifications

When using Curix services, users shall abide by the following specifications at all times:

• You shall only use the platform for personal non-commercial interior design reference purposes.
• You shall not upload illegal, obscene, infringing, false, misleading or any content that violates public order and good morals.
• You shall not interfere with the normal operation of our application, conduct malicious attacks, system cracking, data crawling, reverse engineering or any other behavior that damages platform security.
• You shall not copy, distribute, modify, resell or commercially utilize our AI algorithm results, matching schemes and exclusive platform content without our written permission.
• You shall strictly comply with relevant national laws, regulations and internet management provisions during service usage.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

• All room photos, images and content uploaded by users remain the intellectual property of the user. We will only process such content to provide matching services and will not disclose or use it for other commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
• All platform generated content, including AI matching suggestions, render previews, design schemes, text descriptions and application original materials, are the exclusive intellectual property rights of Curix.
• Users shall not reproduce, imitate, modify or commercially exploit platform exclusive intellectual property content without prior written authorization from us.
• We reserve the right to review and delete uploaded content that violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations at any time without prior notice.

6. Service Modification, Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, modify or suspend partial or all platform services without prior notification for reasons including but not limited to server maintenance, technology iteration, legal compliance requirements and operational needs.
• We have the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and service access immediately if you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activities or cause damage to platform interests.
• Upon agreement termination, your right to use Curix services shall cease immediately. We reserve the right to retain your relevant data in compliance with legal requirements.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• All AI curtain matching recommendations and preview renderings provided by Curix are for personal reference only. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, perfect actual restoration and absolute applicability to your real installation environment.
• We shall not be held liable for any decoration construction losses, purchase losses or disputes arising from users' reference to platform recommended schemes.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or fully free from virus or external attack factors.
• We shall not be responsible for service interruptions, data loss or user losses caused by force majeure, network failure, third party service faults and other uncontrollable reasons.
• Our total maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total service fees you have actually paid to us within the latest 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties shall first resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent court of the place where the platform operator is located for exclusive litigation resolution.

9. Agreement Updates & Revision

We reserve the right to revise and update the terms of this User Agreement at any time according to business adjustment, service update and legal requirement changes. Once the revised agreement is published within the application, it will take effect immediately. Continued use of Curix services after the update constitutes your full acceptance of the revised agreement terms. We recommend that you review this Agreement regularly.
